Hello fans, this is Abhaas Mehta and I hail from Mumbai. I am an adventurous kind of a person. I have had a liking for sports and games from my childhood. In my leisure time, I like to chill around with my friends and watch movies. I am big-time fitness freak and don’t miss out going to a gym.

I stay in Mumbai with my mom and dad and being the only child, I have been pampered a lot by them. I finished my schooling from Mayo College, Ajmer having joined the boarding school from the 8th standard. After doing my 12th, I did my college from the Pune-based ILS law college.

In parallel to my college, I was also part of Lakshya Theaters and Creative arts. I have also done one short film for FTII (Film and Television Institute of India). Before entering television industry, I did my acting course from Anupam Kher’s acting school.

Later, I started giving auditions and got my first break in Bairi Piya on Colors TV. Soon after, I played a lead role in Devi on Imagine TV. I also played an important character in Colors’ Na Aana Iss Des Laado. Currently, I am playing a baddie named Shyam in Star Plus’s Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. I think this is my only show in which I have been stuck for over a year. I immensely love the character that I play.

I have learnt a lot from this character and always try to show my versatility. I am blessed with an amazing cast and crew associated with the show. All of them are very sweet and supporting. All of us work very hard to give our best. Till today, I don’t remember of having any kind of issues or grudges to fall back upon. All of us work as a family and I am happy to be part of the soap.

My best moment of life was being a part of the Rajasthan tennis team and I won a bronze medal at the National level in 2003. In fact, let me tell you that I was the first to win a bronze medal for Rajasthan.

We last saw how Khushi brings Shyam back to the Raziada house for Anjali's happiness .. Arnav on the other hand will get upset with Khushi for the same .. But guys a source confirmed that Arnav and Khushi's wedding rituals will continue .. In the upcoming episodes you will see how Khushi will have a second mehendi ceremony .. Yes you heard it right .. We last saw how Dadi keeps Khushi away from Anjali .. On the other hand Garima and Madhumati visit Anjali while Dadi goes to the temple.. The Raizada family members cook Anjali's favorite dishes but she refuses to eat .. Well guys its a big shocker for everyone .. But this was suppose to happen at one point or other .. In the upcoming episodes you will see how Arnav is very hurt and upset with Khushi's behavior .. Arnav will confront Khushi on the same and angrily tell her as to why did she out of all the people go against him and bring Shyam back to the house ..

We last saw how Anjali demands for Shyam to return back to the house and none other than Khushi brings him back to the house .. Well we will soon witness a little argument between Arnav and Khushi over her act .. There will be a rift between Arnav and Khushi very soon .. Here we are back again doing what we do the best…serving TV fans. Now, a couple of months ago, July (2012) to be precise, Tellychakkar.com bridged the gap between fans and the stars of Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. Some hard core admirers from Jamshedpur sent wonderful gifts (via us) for Barun and Sanaya. We repeated the feat with Colors’ Na Bole Tum Na Maine Much Kaha.

The gesture has been appreciated by the TV fraternity and fans alike and since then we have been flooded with messages and calls to act as a herald to pass on fans’ love and wishes for their favourite stars.

And it seems that love for Barun and Sanaya is never ending. There are hundreds and thousands of admirers who want to reach out to this lovely pair.

Neha Upreti from Jaipur and Rumasha from Srilanka, Colombo are a regular follower of the show and die-hard fans Arshi (Arnav and Khushi). They both sent wonderful custom made gifts for the duo to Tellychakkar.com’s office.

Neha made a handmade birthday card for Barun. She also made some sketches of Barun and Sanaya. There were also two friendship bands and letters for each of them. And Rumasha gifted one nice birthday card to Barun as well.

Reporters from Tellychakkar.com went and met Barun and Sanaya on the sets. Like always, they greeted us with smiles and went ahead to check out the gifts. They were left overwhelmed with the gesture.

“Thank you Neha and Rumansha for such a lovely gift. Love of our fans keeps us going,” said Barun and Sanaya.

Well…you both deserve it, Arshi.

Will Khushi give up before Arnav's anger in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?

Going against the mighty words of Arnav Singh Rayzada (Barun Sobti) in Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon isn’t an easy thing and nobody can dare to challenge the man except for the one and only Khushi (Sanaya Irani).

Standing as per her nature, she once again proved that her life revolves around the people she loves and hatred scores quite less for her when compared with love. Unable to see Anjali (Daljeet Bhanot) in a painful condition, she took the strong stand of getting Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) back in the house. While everybody is now considering Khushi to be an emotional fool, it is to be noted that for her, love is more powerful than hatred. Though she too hates Shyam, after all that she was made to suffer because of him, but then again this hatred is way too low in front of the immense love she has for both Arnav and Anjali. This was the main reason she didn’t think twice before acting this way.

However, this step of hers has certainly agitated Arnav, whose mind always rules his heart. Hatred for him stands high and we have seen in the past how detest has made him belittle love too. He had never expected Khushi to go against his words and now that she has done it, she is surely up for a strong rebuke from his end.

But it has to be seen if Khushi will give up before Arnav’s anger or she will be able to make him understand the win of love over hatred. This is going to be an important aspect of their life as in future a lot of things will depend on Arnav’s way of looking at things!

Let’s see who wins over whom!

In the upcoming episodes you will see how Khushi and Arnav are going to have a cute fight where Khushi will be seen screaming at Arnav and ask him as to why did he cut her calls and ignore her ..

Gamble of love never lets one lose as no matter what, you always end up bagging the love of the other person. And this love stands incomplete if there don’t happen to be little fights time and again.

Even our Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Khushi (Sanaya Irani) are facing the same in Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. As seen, Khushi’s decision of getting Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) back hasn’t gone well with Arnav and he lashed out at the poor soul out of his extreme anger.

Khushi tried a lot to clarify the things but Arnav as usual didn’t give her the chance of doing the same. On the contrary, he blamed her for breaking his trust and even hurt her by saying that he should have never allowed her to be so close to him. Meanwhile, Anjali (Daljeet Bhanot) is now all happy to have got her Shyamji back. The evil man is trying all ways of winning the trust of all the family members back so that he can enjoy his stay at RM. Playing his smart games, he convinced Anjali that Khushi faced Arnav’s anger all because of them and now they should make the two patch up soon.

Anjali started off with the wedding preparation only to be stopped by a furious Arnav, who is all the more angry as Khushi is not even answering to his calls. Sensing the tensed situation, Anjali will try and calm Arnav down. She will explain to him how Khushi is not to be blamed for the thing as she did all this for her happiness.

Moreover, situations will lead to a new turn when Arnav will be at the receiving end and Khushi will be seen lashing at him. But the fans are in store for a wonderful gift as the love birds will finally kiss and patch up. And for a change it would be Khushi to kiss Arnav and show off her love for him!

So keep watching the drool worthy Rabba Ve moments of Arnav and Khushi, although we get them rarely these days. Wink! Wink!

Hello friends, I would like to dedicate this piece to all those people who find it difficult to believe in God. No offense, I respect your choice, but sometimes belief in a higher power gives us hope and motivates us to move through the ups and downs in life smoothly.
[Trebuie sa fiti înscris şi conectat pentru a vedea această imagine]What made me write this piece? Well, I am a strong believer of God . One morning, Arnavji’s friend, Rajiv, visited our house. After my daily morning puja, when I was giving out prasad to the other family members, I put my hand forward to give prasad to Rajiv. I was little taken aback when he refused to take the prasad. He reasoned that he doesn’t believe in God so he can’t accept the prasad. At first, his response shocked me but then it’s his choice and no one can be forced to believe in something they don’t want to. In short, it’s the personal choice of an individual.

For me, there is a higher power that exists beyond our thinking. A power that controls and balances this universe, in fact the one who created this beautiful universe and all the creatures. All around the world, there are various names for God and he is worshiped in different ways and traditions. It’s really amazing but one should never forget that it’s us, human beings, who have given God different names and divided the world on the basis of religion and castes.

Rajiv argued with me asking have I ever seen God. Without even seeing him, how can you just believe that God exists? I answered, no I have not seen god but still believe that he exists. I have faith in him as whenever I have been in trouble or faced a difficulty, I believe God has looked after me and given me the power to hold on and be strong. And that alone is reason enough for me to believe that some invisible power is looking upon me and taking care of me and the people around me.

So have immense faith in something that will definitely help you move forward in life. Do let me what you think about my blog and my views.
