Arnav and Khushi are one of the most romantic couples and they have many memorable moments. During holi, Khushi confesses her feelings for Arnav "Hum aapse kuch poochna chahthe hai Arnavji... Aisa kyon hota hai..jab bhi aap hamare paas aathe hai.. to hamare dil ke dhadkan tez ho jate hai... humne samajhne ki bahuth koshish ki.. lekin samajh nahin paayi.. bhulana chahthe hai..par bhula nahin paate.. aisa kyon hota hai, ki hamare dil ki dhadkan hamari saanson se bhi tez ho jate hain!"

Arnav replies "Mein batata hun ki aisa kyon hota hai, Jab tum mere paas hote ho.. to tumhari dil ki dhadkanon ke saath saath.. meri dil ki dhadkanein bhi tez ho jati hai.. hamari dhadkanein ek ho jaati hai! Jo tum mehsoos karti ho... Jo mein mehsoos karta hoon."

Now-a-days people have got addicted to English. I personally don't have any problem with the use of the language. But, I feel bad as with the growing use of English, the popularity of our regional languages seems to have dropped.

In today's developing world, we need to be acquainted with English. It is one of the most important parts of globalisation. However this doesn't mean that we should ignore other regional languages. We hardly come across people learning Sanskrit or even Hindi for that matter. People should respect all regional languages and create awareness about them too.

I find it funny that every other person wants to learn English; be it a small kid, an elderly man, rich or poor. Har koi angrezi mein gappen maarna chahta hai. The new generation should learn other languages including their mother tongue too. People believe that those who can speak English would grow in life. But there are examples of many people speaking Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, Marathi, Punjabi, etc. achieving heights in their life.

Now most of you must be thinking that I cannot speak English. Let me tell you, I can speak fluent English, but I enjoy speaking Hindi. Also, I have intentionally written this blog in English, so that I can reach to maximum people.

For occasions or festivals, I wear formal suits. I like my suits to be well cut and the fit should be good. I always wear my blazer and sometimes I opt for a tie or scarf. Recently, I also wore a short fitted jacket with jodhpur pants for the mehendi function and I think this is a good look to try for the festive season.

The whole Gupta family along with Rayzada family is up for a big revelation, which will turn the lives upside down. In today’s episode Dadi (Swati Chitnis) will leave no chance of poisoning Arnav’s (Barun Sobti) mind after having told him the truth about Garima (Pyumori Mehta). She will make all efforts to ignite the anger in Arnav and make him believe that marrying Khushi will only bring in pain and agony for his mom’s departed soul.

Meanwhile, life will turn standstill for Khushi and others when Dadi will enter the wedding place and blurt out the dark truth before all! This will devastate Khushi and she will turn up to Garima to know the truth. Everyone will question Garima and the drama is sure to go high. Moreover, Dadi will go ahead putting a stop on the wedding rituals only to be rebuked by Khushi. She will not let her extinguish the sacred fire at the wedding altar.

Khushi will show up her strong side to all and stand by her mother. She will not believe in the wedding being called off as she has firm faith on her love. She will keep waiting for Arnav to turn up for the wedding but whether he will reach there or not is what to be seen now.

Sufferings have always been a part of Khushi’s life and so far she has faced them all putting on a brave face. Now it would be interesting to see if Arnav will linger on with his past or move ahead in life to live his present and future with Khushi. And in case he chooses the past over present, what will be Khushi’s stand?

Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, produced by 4 Lions Films and IMRC Entertainment has witnessed some major drama cum fun moments as the D-day for Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Khushi’s (Sanaya Irani) wedding approaches. In yesterday’s (24 September 2012) episode, Dadi (Swati Chitnis) opens the truth about Garima (Pyumori Mehta) to Arnav. And this puts a question mark on the wedding of Arnav and Khushi.

In tonight’s episode, Dadi will confront Garima before the entire family and will ask her to reveal the truth about her being the other woman in Arnav’s father’s life. Though nobody believes what Dadi says, Garima accepts it leaving everyone shell-shocked. Garima requests Dadi to not spoil her daughter’s life for the mistake she has committed. Khushi and Payal (Dipali Pansare) side their mother while the emotional drama happens. At the end of the conversation, Dadi calls off the wedding and insists that Arnav will not marry Khushi. However, Khushi gets adamant and says that she will sit in the mandap and will wait for Arnav to come and wed her.

They say a son is a son until he takes a wife, but a daughter is a daughter for the rest of your life. Well, it is surely going to turn a debatable topic if extended but here we aren’t going to the depth of this theory as exceptions always happen to be there.

But what makes us pick up the line is the daughter who didn’t think twice before standing by her mother, who is even not the one to have borne her. For a moment she let go off all her future dreams and desires of marrying the man of her life just to protect the dignity of her mother being marred in public. Yesterday’s episode of Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, saw a daughter standing as an armor for her mother. Khushi (Sanaya Irani) has always valued the people in her life and family is always the priority for her.

First it was for the sake of her sister Payal’s (Deepali Pansare) wedding that she got into the forced contract wedding with Arnav (Barun Sobti). And now she showed the courage of standing against Dadi (Swati Chitnis) and her allegations showered on Garima (Pyumori Mehta). The truth did devastate her but believing in her mother, she tries and makes all understand that her mother wasn’t at fault.

Meanwhile, the whole of Rayzada family seems to have turned against Khushi and her family. Most likely, the wedding seems to be getting called off. However, the only ray of hope at this moment happens to be Arnav, whose decision is what matters the most.
