Actor Puneet Sachdev who is a fitness freak says that he avoids eating heavy meals post 7 in the evening to remain fit.

TV actor Puneet Sachdev who essays Nikhil Lamba in Colors' Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon works out daily to remain fit and believes in eating proper diet to maintain his physique.

What does fitness mean to you? What is your idea of fitness?
I think that fitness is everything for me. It is very important to be fit and health throughout your life. If you are fit then you will be more confident and energetic to work. Fitness doesn't mean that one should be only fit from outside by making muscles, packs and so but one should be also fit from inside.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

I try to eat right and avoid eating heavy meal after 7 pm and yes I try to do work out at least for 4 days in a week.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Not really but sometimes.

Do you take protein supplements?

No I don't take any protein supplements. My means of proteins are egg whites and chicken.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

Yes, I am skilled at cricket. I love playing cricket.

A celebrity's body you admire?

I admire Ranveer Singh's body after watching Raam Leela and Hrithik Roshan.

What is you fitness secret?

I have no fitness secret. I just try to keep myself fit.

A fitness tips for your fans?

I would suggest all the people to at least take out 1 hour or 45 minutes in a day from your busy schedule and exercise to maintain your physique.

Madhu forced to stay at Abhay's house post marriage in Colors' Madhubala

Vivian Dsena has performed the sophisticated super star’s role to the ‘T’ in Nautanki Films’ Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon on Colors. And now the actor gets a chance to essay a very challenging character, which not many actors would accept doing.

Well, the guy will now play a mentally challenged role Rajkumar, who would have an under-developed brain and act like a eight year old kid.

Wow, so an uphill task from here on for Madhu (Drashti Dhami), Rajkumar’s newlywed wife!!

Here’s how the track will unfold from here.

A source states, “Madhu will get a shock of her life when she will know that the guy she has married does not even realize the value of marriage. Raju, Vivian’s character will be fond of playing with cars and jeeps and will cry and laugh like a child. He will call Madhu as his ‘gudiya’ and Madhu would get annoyed with it. He will have some traumatizing past due to which he would be afraid of darkness. And above all, Raju will be a mad fan of the star Abhay Kapoor. And this will only mean that Raju will listen to all that Abhay has to tell him.”

We hear that Madhu will be forced to live at Abhay’s mansion along with Raju post her wedding. Abhay will threaten Madhu that if she would run away from the marriage, he would spill the beans about her secret love affair to an ailing Deeda (Shama Deshpande). Madhu will be forced to bow down to his orders and will start to live with Raju at Abhay’s place.

How will Madhu handle the new problem in her life called Raju?

It seems even after Vivian Dsena is back ‪#‎Madhubala‬ still facing some troubles. Latest we got to know from reliable source that Drashti Dhami is quitting the show and reason is that Drashti is offered Karan Johar's next opposite Ranbir Kapoor. The news is confirmed from the producer of Madhubala. He said that Drashti might be replaced next month (May).We wish Drashti all the best. Audition for new Madhubala already started.

The best friends have a verbal fight publicly, we wonder if it’s the end of their friendship

Drashti Dhami and Sanaya Irani have been the best of friends during their struggling days. They claim to have given several auditions together and today they are two of the top telly stars.

Drashti did Geet Huyi Sabse Parayi followed by Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon and then won the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6 trophy. Sanaya on the other hand had a few flops before she did Miley Jab Hum Tum, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon and is now busy with Rangrasiya on Colors.

Both the shows are in a way competing with each other, but these things never affected their friendship. Sanaya even danced with Drashti on the stage of Jhalak to show her support. Rumour has it that Sanaya is following Drashti’s footsteps and will be seen in the dance reality show’s seventh season.

Having said all that, we heard that the duo had a war of words outside the sets of Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. While we are not aware what the squabble was all about, an eye witnesses says that volumes were raised and abused were hurled. This definitely looks like the end of an era for their long friendship. Let’s hope they come to their senses, set their differences aside and patch up.
