Q: What's the secret of Omer and Defne?
Elcin: However much efforts I invest into my character, it wouldn't count without their world built around them. That's why I can't say that all the success is due to the main couple Defne and Omer. It doesn't depend on two people only, that's for sure, this is the acquirement of the whole team/the whole team contributed.
Q: What do you like and dislike in Defne?
Elcin: I like her energy, her naivety. In fact, she is trying to put her life in order and keeps making mistakes without realising it. I love her mistakes, I love her silliness. If there is one thing I dislike, it is that she has yet to realise that she is a woman.
Q: What do you like in Omer and what is the most complicated in him?
Baris: I'm attracted to Omer's diligence. He is a person who stands on his own two feet and can achieve anything by himself. He is very responsible in his attitude towards women, he doesn't like flirting. We are alike with him in that. But there also are some difficult sides in his character: a bit cold, sometimes selfish.

BARIS: You are also very beautiful.

BARIS: Thank you…
HOST: They asked that you look at the camera and smile. They asked for this a lot.
BARIS: Lik this?
HOST: How are you? And what are you thinking tonight?
BARIS: I’m good. Tonight is the night of an important magazine…each year this takes place and it’s always a great night, I know that. It’s the first time I attend it and I’m very excited. Maybe I’m more excited than anyone else.
HOST: Oh really? When I say “oh really” I just mean it’s very beautiful (what you said). I meant to say it in a positive sense. How beautiful it is for us. Okay, tonight 12 men are being honored…for their class, for the beautiful work they do. They had votes come in for them and actually this night is a night all about men. So I will ask you something related to men…in your life, in the path of your life…who is the man or men that have added to your life? (meaning the men that have had a significant influence in your life). Who do you say?
BARIS: The first that comes to my mind is my grandfather. And of course my father.
HOST: Your grandfather and father…I’m sure your whole family is very happy for you.
BARIS: Of course…
HOST: Well there’s no need to ask you how the year 2015 was for you, but even with that I will ask you.
BARIS: It’s going great, for me and also for my friends that I’m working with. It’s going like a dream, and I hope it continues to be like that. For us to keep standing on our feet and to carry this responsibility. At this point everything is going great.
HOST: You’ve had a lot of different projects, but in this recent time you guys are present in the hearts of everyone. All of the team, and also you two as a couple, and you yourself. I think that the intimacy that you guys are experiencing has translated to the other side (has effectively reached the audience).
BARIS: If it has reached them a bit, then I will be very happy. Because our one burden (responsibility) for me and my cast mates, not just on the screen but also for the warmth and energy that is between us to reach the people, so if it has reached them a little bit, then we have arrived to a beautiful place, and I hope that it will continue in this way.
HOST: I hope it will continue and I’m sure it will. Seeing you here is so beautiful.
BARIS: You too.
