First we asked one of the biggest and most renowned younger actors on Indian television today, Vivian Dsena aka RK of Madhubala.

“I would be all game for it. I have studied at a military school and know the art of making a fire, erecting a tent, walking for long hours, dealing with difficult situations et al. I am very adventurous as a person and believe can survive under any circumstances.”

“The ideal workout for me is Dance!” – Drashti Dhami

The immensely popular and pretty Drashti Dhami, better known as ‘Madhu’ from Color’s Madhubala…Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, shares with TheTellyTimes.com some fitness tips, and what she too does, to keep in shape!

What does staying fit mean to you?

Well, staying fit to me means, just staying fit!

What fitness regime do you follow to keep in shape?

All this while it was Jhalak that kept me fit, but now since I am back to regular shooting schedules, working out becomes tough. So I just try and follow a good healthy diet.

Do you prefer hitting the gym or sticking to normal exercise routines like walking or playing sports?

The ideal workout for me is Dance! I try to avoid the gym, and coming to walks and jogs, well I am pretty bored of them now.

What are the 3 basic things you do daily, to keep in shape?

Drink a lot of water, follow a healthy diet and try to get a good 7-8 hours of sleep everyday. When shooting for Jhalak, I would only manage to get around 4-5 hours of sleep, so I’m just catching up on all of that now.

Do you feel that food and eating healthy play an important part in keeping fit?

Oh yes, of course it does! Following a regular and healthy diet is most important, and specially when exercising and working out is in a tough spot for all of us who are just working around the clock.

Are you conscious of your eating habits and what does your daily diet contain?

I try to avoid fried and oily food most of the times. Besides that, my regular diet contains basic, simple home made Gujarati food. So,whatever I eat is all very light.

Do you believe in the size zero concept that has suddenly taken over everybody these days?

Well, I would really love to, but I don’t! Because a size zero body is just very very skinny and doesn’t look hot!

A female celebrity body that inspires you?

That would be Sanaya Irani!

A fitness tip for your fans?

Eat healthy and exercise well to always keep fit.

Colors’ Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon is all set to tread on the lines of the Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan-starrer Abhimaan.

As seen so far, Madhu (Drashti Dhami) is expecting their first child and RK (Vivian Dsena) is all hale and hearty, but then a new drama is soon set to emerge.

Soon after Madhu and RK’s first film together will premiere, the former’s role will be appreciated by the industry. Thus she will start getting offers from well known producers to be a part of their upcoming movie projects. But this will not be liked by RK as none will approach him.

Thus at the success bash of their film, a hurt RK will throw a fit and make things difficult for Madhu.

When we tried contacting Vivian, he remained unavailable for comment.

Actress Arti Puri last seen in Prabhu Deva's Ramaiya Vastavaiya, has bagged a new movie. The movie is the first collaboration between Ajay Devgn and the choreographer-turned-director.

The movie is directed by Prabhu Deva and is titled Action Jackson. The action comedy movie has Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha and Yami Gautam in leads.

Arti Puri shares, "I am happy to work with Prabhu Deva Sir again. I will this time be seen in a different look and a more glamorous look".

Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon: Will RK destroy Madhubala’s film career?

It’s a common case of jealousy that exists in narcissistic human beings and Rishab Kundra is no different

RK (Vivian DSena) loves his wife and for the outside world, he is a man who believes in letting his wife live her life. However, Madhu (Drashti Dhami) only wanted the title of being RK’s wife and the changing tides of time have made her an actor, probably even better than RK himself. And this is bound to light some fires.

In the recent episode we saw how RK recovers from his so called partial paralysis while saving Madhu and the director of his movie- Mehulji decides that this will be the climax of his film. According to rumours, their movie together will be a big success at the box office and everyone will appreciate Madhu’s acting. So much so, that she will begin getting offers from producers, which will irk RK to no extent. While Madhu is flooded with offers, Rishab doesn’t get a single call congratulating him or with new offers.

Looks like the Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon is going to follow Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s Abhimaan. So does that mean the couple will break up ‘coz Madhu’s success will hurt RK’s ego?

Will RK turn the baddie and ruin Madhu’s flourishing filmi career? Well only time will tell us that, right?

Madhu to suffer a miscarriage in Colors' Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon

Madhubala (Drashti Dhami) has become a star overnight, with her film receiving a great response at the box office!! And with this, RK (Vivian Dsena) is all set to go on a jealousy ride as he is not able to take Madhu’s stardom!! Yes, this is what the viewers have been witnessing in the episodes gone by in Nautanki Telefilms’ Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon on Colors.

In the coming episodes, RK though will take the ultimate move of accepting his child growing in Madhu’s womb, and will tell Madhu that he is ready for fatherhood. While this will make Madhu extremely happy, RK will also dislike the fact that Madhu likes all the new-found limelight that she has been put in owing to her movie’s success.

So what is in store for Madhu, the actress?

Well, as per sources, Madhu will soon get a huge offer from an acclaimed Producer who will come home with his script in hand to sign Madhu as the lead in his next film. However, even before Madhu has an answer, RK will refuse the offer out rightly, and when the Producer goes on a convincing spree, RK will break the truth of Madhu’s pregnancy before him. This will hurt Madhu to an extent. However, circumstances will lead Madhu to meeting the Producer again and RK will go on to assume that Madhu has accepted the offer of working in the movie. This will lead to a major confrontation between Madhu and RK and RK will have some damaging words to tell his wife.

The twist in the tale will be when all this will have a bad effect on Madhu, and she will start developing pain in her abdomen, post which she will have to be rushed into the hospital wherein she will suffer a miscarriage..

But this is not all that Madhu will have to face!! While Madhu is still crying over her lost pregnancy, RK will start to believe that Madhu deliberately did certain things so that her child would get aborted. A seed of suspicion will be sown in RK’s mind which will take bigger proportions..

Will RK go on to blame Madhu’s stardom as the reason for the loss of their kid?
