cred ca le decojeste. si le alege pe cele mai mici. poate o indruma kerim ca in ultimul timp o tot invata. im curand kerim va umple ardeii umpluti , nu spun cu ce , si fatmagul va suda.

cu capac e arta curata. sa-i lase fara. doar sa-i umple.

You're all asking for spoilers. Yes the scenes , which were filmed for episode78, but were shot at the same time as scenes for 77,were given out in error. We accepted our fault, yet we were almost lynched. We've received every kind of abuse from our friends. On all previous occasions no one uttered a single word, but upon making one mistake, no one left a word unspoken. In return we said we'd only give one dialogue and one spoiler for the remainder 3 episodes. But there are so many requests for spoilers , not only from the website, but private messages to me. To make a decision we'll need to talk to Mechul and the remainder of the admin. We weren't going to write anymore on this topic, but I feel I needed to explain...Soie.

Meral Okay’s eagerly awaited scenario, “Bir Bulut Olsam,” starts tonight.

Melisa Sozen, Engin Akyurek and Engin Altan Duzyatan play the main lead characters.

First, I want to know how you became a part of “BBO’s” cast.

EAD: Compared with the others, I was probably a last minute, surprise addition. I received an offer just a month prior to the start of filming. I really liked the scenario and the cast and crew. I was on the set one day after signing the contract. I came to the set in Mardin in a little bit of a rush.

EA: I joined the cast, when cast and crew were already in the works. I read the script, and loved it. After finding out who else was going to be in the show, there was no need to thing further; I said “yes” without any further hesitation.

MS: I was luckier than EAD- I was offered the role much earlier, and had time to review and try out for the role. I didn’t have to run around, trying to make it to the set on time.

Can you discuss your characters in the show?

EAD: I play the role of Serdar. He became a doctor, following in his father’s footsteps. Although, he is from Istanbul, because he lost his father due to border fights, he has given himself to the people; he goes to various conflict areas, such as Afghanistan, Bosnia, and others, to work with submerged, hidden mines in war areas. He also continues with his medical practice, when he has time. He meets Mustafa first, there is this “negative” charge/electricity between them. Later, he meets Narin, who later again becomes his patient, and this is when the story starts to move forward.

EA: The man that meets Engin and has the negative charge is me, Mustafa, that is.. Mustafa is a man with serious concerns. Actually, when you read the script, he may appear as a hero of some kind, but in reality is very different. He showcases the male side of an Eastern Turkish love story.

MS: And, I play Narin, a 17 year old, hopeless, unhappy child. When children are unhappy, they don’t go into depression; the opposite, actually, they become more involved with people around them, in the activities around them. They become happy with small victories, small things. Narin, because of her bedridden mother, tries to be more involved in life, binds herself more tightly to the people around her and her family, or tries to. She is unhappily married, and has a very unhappy life. And, life is not very easy for her, in fact it is very difficult.

Did you do any advance preparation to better portray your roles?

MS: Once we had the script, we all did rehearsals and practiced the scenes together. This is was huge advantage for us.

EA: Without doing any technical research, all of started our journey with our own experiences and understandings. I think this was important, although, for myself, I did get some small assistance regarding playing the Mustafa character.

EAD: One of the advantages was that we were given five episodes of the script, which was enough to show the characters and solidify the roles for us. This was a great plus, because we knew the make-up of the characters, and could play our roles according to the characters described.

Do you think people will see themselves in this show?

EAD: This is actually the purpose of each show, each work; for people to see themselves. At least, for me it is like that. We have a large cast, a large group of actors, a wide range of roles, and if you look at it from this viewpoint, there is something for every single age range in this story, something for anyone to identify with.

Okay? Can you talk a little about BBO?

EA: The story takes place in Mardin. But, it is not an Eastern show, we are not going to have fighting, clan fights, etc.

MS: I will say just this. BBO is filmed in Mardin, but it is not a traditional “Boss” (Aga) show. I don’t want people to get the wrong idea, just because of the locale.

EAD: Actually, it is a story that one finds in any area, in any democratic group. The plot of the story is love, and this love story is seen from a very different, special viewpoint. (Translated by Engin Akyurek Universal Fans Club)
