Nu cred ca este adevarat ... cred ca este o gluma . Ca vad ca nu sunt tipsuri despre asa ceva ...si sigur s-ar fi umplut paginile de intrigari si suferinte . Dar nu m-ar mira ca-n fuga lui ... sa faca un ocol si sa o ia si pe Gullie . Numai ca ea si Kerim alearga groaznic .

When I first saw this poster, I thought, "How beautiful!" And, looked forward to the day when we would see such peace and happiness between them, trust and a testament to the great love they were to develop for each other. During the first season, we saw great devotion and love from Kerim, who was committed to waiting forever for his love. He seemed a typical White Knight, waiting to serve his lady love in whatever capacity she required, even willing to give up his life for her, to ensure her safety and happiness. As time went on during the last episode, we knew that Fatmagul loved Kerim, but was not ready to state her love, nor was she ready for a real relationship with anyone, much less a physical relationship. We understood that, we knew her horrible trauma, and wanted her to heal emotionally and physically, so that she could start a new life. Towards the end of Season 1, they showed us a young, bright, confident girl, happy, and spirited, playing little jokes on her husband. But, still a young woman who was hesitant and shy. We understood that, we knew she had suffered a great trauma, and needed to heal.

At the end of Season 1, we knew that Fatmagul cared deeply for Kerim, even if she was not ready to voice her love to anyone, even herself. At the beginning of Season 2, we saw a woman who desperately missed her husband, and wanted him back. She put his clothes in her room, even laying his clothes out by hers, or hanging them in her closet, next to her dresses; most importantly, she hung up her wedding dress in this closet, knowing that she was going to see this dress every single day, next to Kerim's clothes. So, we knew that Fatmagul had accepted having Kerim in her life, in fact was committed to being a couple, a married couple, despite her concerns about the physical aspects. We knew she was concerned and afraid, for we knew she had suffered a great trauma.

The pre-season trailers showed us scenes in which Fatmagul and Kerim were so happy to finally see each, and a beautiful wedding scene. So, we all hoped that Fatmagul was on her way to being healed, emotionally, physically and mentally. For, unfortunately, we had seen very little progress in most of Season 1, until towards the end.

We never saw Fatmagul's nightmares, we never heard her inner-voice. I shouldn't say never; she did occassionally discuss her hatred of Kerim, she did occassionally discuss how no one could understand what she had gone through, but, she always kept a "stiff upper lip" and bravely continued onward. We wanted to know her trauma, we wanted her to heal. We did not want her to remain a "rape victim" for ever. Yes, she had been callously raped, horribly defiled by three selfish men, intent only on their own pleasures. Sadly, her trauma did not end with the physical rape, but continued: By her vicious sister--in-law, Mukkades, who was really responsible for covering up the whole incident, and blackmailing those responsible; by her mentally challenged brother's selfish need to be a "normal person," by the social aspirations of the wealthy rapists, who couldn't allow their "honor" to be tinged by this story, and by the greed of all the nurses, technicians and doctors who had treated her, but decided to take money to keep quiet about the incident.

The case ended awkwardly in Season 1; we had high hopes for the new case in the first part of Season 2. Fatmagul did not progress in her healing in Season 1; we hoped that in the period that she was away from her husband, she would be able to face her nightmares, her "monsters" and realize that while she had been raped, she was NOT A VICTIM. And, we had high hopes that the writers would show us that a woman, or anyone, that had come under such a traumatic, horrible incident, is not an ETERNAL victim, but just a victim of those circumstances. Unfortunately, we have not seen that yet, in this Season. We did not expect it in Season 1, because, we all said Fatmagul needed time to heal. We knew that, we understood that. We also know that a person of such an attack never forgets the incident, it is always part of them, sadly, but also, this one incident should not define the rest of their lives.

Another point that the writers had insisted on pointing out to us, was that they were writing a social message story, and everyone involved in this act had to be punished. That all rape victims were to be given a voice in this story, and that the writers, through Fatmagul, were fighting for all the thousands of victims in Turkey and around the world. We believed the writers, we trusted them. But, as the story failed to progress, as the story failed to move forward, and remained "stuck" essentially, on the fight between the Yasarans and Fatmagul, and the Yasarans and Mustafa, we wondered, where is the social message? Where is the voice for victims like Fatmagul?

1) Fatmagul was forced into accepting a marriage with one of her, presumed, rapists.
2) Her sister-in-love blackmailed those responsible.
3) Her fiance turned his back on her in the very beginning, and then started working for those responsible. Even after realizing that the men to whom he owed allegiance were the very ones responsible for his fiancee's devastating trauma, he continued to work for them. Outside of once visiting her, and trying to get Fatmagul to listen to his "pain and emotional stress," this fiance did nothing to protect her; rather, he continued to prosper from her victimization.
4) The one person that one would have thought would have understood being a victim, also chose to prosper from Fatmagul's trauma.
5) All the technicians and doctors that originally treated Fatmagul were also bribed.
6) Fatmagul's therapy did not start until 2 months before the end of Season one. The whole time, one of two people were responsible for her staying alive and relatively sane. The man she hated with her whole being, and his adopted mother.
7) We came to the trial in the last episode of Season 1; the man she had been forced to marry, was the only one willing to profess his guilt, and he was the least guilty of them all. All the others, despite obvious evidence that they were guilty, despite the belief of all of us, and being told over and over again, to trust in the court systems, were let go, on their own recognisance, for a new trial in Season 2.
8) One of the rapists was killed by the ex-fiance; who was blamed? The man responsible for Fatmagul remaining alive and relatively sane.
9) Yet, during this time, they never showed us Fatmagul's nightmares, her monsters, or her ghosts. She had a nightmare about the man she was forced into marrying being killed, which forced her into action against her ex-fiance, but she never had the dreams of her trauma.
10) Until Season 2, until after they had convinced us that these two were healing sufficiently to become a normal couple. .And, by that, none of mean sex. We mean trust, and love, and committment, and support. We mean having long conversations with each other.
11) No, we were show 10 episodes into the new season that FG still was not healed, and most likely would not be for a long time.
12) And, we were shown that one of her biggest monsters was still her husband, whom she loved, but subconciously still considered one of the rapists.

Thus, we are 17 episodes, more than 4 months into the new season, and we are still waiting for the social messages, outside of the one, "A victim of rape, is a victim forever!" The court case was postponed to the end of the year, 8 months from now. Why? Does it really take that long to figure out and triangulate Erdogan's and Vural's and Selim's phone conversations? An ex-member of parliament, after confessing to his part in the cover-up of the rape, and committing suicide, was villified in the news papers. This man's daughter, and the wife of one of the rapists, along with her mother, after they discussed everything they knew at the court hearing, were trashed in the media. Fatmagul was harrassed by the media and trashed, and mocked for actually enjoying a driving lesson being given by her husband. Erdogan, one of the rapist's was allowed to come into his victim's home, peruse through her clothes, handle her beautiful wedding gown, defile their basement, confront her in a secluded underpass, only to have her beloved, mentally challenged brother come to her assistance, but then be put in prison, with the threat that he would be charged with attempted murder if Fatmagul would not take back her complaint. So, we have a victim of rape, who is being constantly victimized by the writers, by society, and by her rapists; sorry, this is not the message that we should be given. Now, we have another rape victim, who lost her voice for two years, and FG is to be the reason for her to return back to normalcy.

But, FG hasn't been made normal; she has been villified, threatened, constantly abused, and not allowed to heal naturally. She has not been given a proper voice for her to explain her fears and hopes. She has not been allowed to her rapists receive punishment; she has not been allowed to be happy, she has not been allowed to think about a future.

Why? Why is she being victimized? Why is she not being allowed to improve, and heal with the help of her husband and his adopted mother, and the assistance of society? Yes, we know there are bad people, but, we also need to know that there are good people, that help out such victims; that society is not something to run from, but run to; that courts support the rights of the victims, not the aggressors, and that, yes, criminals are punished, within reasonabl time frames, that the justice system is able to do its job well, and reliably.

Please, stop victimizing Fatmagul; allow her to heal. We all want her to be happy, and we want to see this happiness, not be given a vague glimpse during the last 5 minutes of the last episode. We want to know that she has started a normal life, if not with Kerim, then with someone else that she loves and trusts, for it is the right of every single person to have a partner and a lover and a family. We want to know that criminals and rapists cannot continue harrassing their victims, that we do live in a society with justice for the weak and unprotected, and most of all, we want to know that society is there to support such victims, not to victimize them further.

Pai el nu este casatorit cu Narin ... si nici nu se poate casatori cu ea , pentru ca din cate am inteles este verisoara cu el ( ar fi asta un impediment la ei ?) nu am inteles prea bine . Dar de aceea ea nici nu il poate iubi ...ca il vede ca pe o ruda .
O iubeste mult ... si chiar nu imi dau seama ce vede la ea . Se poarta asa de frumos cu ea cateodata ... si ea zici ca este hipnotizata de el ... nici asta nu inteleg .

Stai sa vezi episodul cand pleaca nevasta de acasa ... superb . Se duce sa o ia inapoi si da cu pietre dupa o slujnica de acolo ... zici ca sunt in cort . Dar cat de bine joaca.
