The baap of all the television awards, Eleventh Indian Telly Awards is all set to present a glorious and hilarious night on Colors, 30 June at 7 pm. The event is going to show lots of glimpse and striking performances by television's favorite characters.

The news of Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy's kiss is already stimulating the masses, and after this latest dope the viewers will not stop themselves from watching this divine award ceremony. The exclusive news is that four of television's super hot and lavishly beautiful actresses are coming together to blow off your minds.

Well folks, this time the 11 telly award has promised to rock you as Sanjeeda Sheikh, Krystle Dsouza, Rati Pandey and Sanaya Irani will come together at one platform to perform on a theme which was symbolic of four elements of nature, namely, air, earth, water and fire.

Rati looked fiery in the fire act, while Krystle looked a water nymph in the water act. Furthermore, Sanjeeda and Sanaya looked stunning in the air and earth acts, respectively.

Talking on her performance, Krystle said, "I was petrified a lot. I am actually scared of heights and when I was at the fountain top, I was getting jitters. Pipes were there on my fingers, on my back and water oozed out from everywhere."

On the other hand, Sanjeeda shared, "I was doing swings in the air and the height was a great one. I was scared but I managed to pull it off as I love dancing. I have done so many shows with Geeta maam and she knows what my body is like so she balanced my act really well."

“Arnav Singh Raizada” is a man who symbolises the epitome of arrogance, selfdom and pride. But what happens when such a man falls prey into the hands of love, adulation and allegiance???

The current track of “Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon?” airing on Star Plus is perfectly depicting the metamorphic process that the character of “Arnav Singh Raizada” aka “ASR” is going through.

Since the inception days, the audience has been hooked to this insolent Arnav Singh Raizada famously referred to as ‘ASR’. It may surprise & make many wonder why his aloofness, rudeness and arrogance attract the viewer(s) towards him. The invincible ASR insulted, abused and disgraced his wife when she was his employee & again when she became his six months contract wife, still the audience embraced him in-spite of hating him for what he did with his wife, “Khushi”, in the past & in the present. It seems even an aggressive ASR is eye-pleasing and charming to the audience. But this ASR still had another soft angle to reveal. Khushi’s benevolence and love has altered the character of ASR and has amended him into an adorable “Arnav”. But the impulse nature of the character makes it more and more unpredictable. At times, the amiable love for “Khushi” takes over him and all his exaggerated pride vanishes but then again the egoistic man surfaces himself, turning him into the rude “ASR”. Once it was rightly said in the show by “Khushi” while expressing her confusion between “The Rajkumar & The Shaitaan”. The ‘Shaitan & Rajkumar’ are the facades of the same man. Just like Khushi was confused with the different facades for this one man, even the viewers are seemed to be going through similar set emotions these days. The prolonged kidnapping track is on the verge of its end and the fans are wondering whether by the end of this track they will be seeing the rough and tough “ASR” or the lovable “Arnav”.

The CVs of the show presented this Love-Hate relationship in a very unique way to the viewers. But the proportion of hatred has always been more than Love. It is to be seen how the story forwards itself in future with the audience demanding a strong love track between “A Romantic ASR” and “A Lively Khushi” in the middle of the entire hustle bustle. While the audiences are waiting eagerly for “Arnav” to return, they still want him to be the “Lover with Attitude, Passion, Anger & Charm’. It seems like the audience want ‘Arnav’ with the full package of ‘Arnav Singh Raizada’. ASR, “ The Caged Lion” is on the edge of getting released now and the viewers are getting more gripped to the show assuming the roar and explosion He is going to create.

Whether “Arnav” or “Arnav Singh Raizada”, the audience seem to love Barun Sobti. He is doing a perfect job in the show as “ASR”. Kudos to him for his outstanding performance in the show!!!

Viewers… get ready to witness some good moments in store in Star Plus’Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? As the promos suggest, Khushi (Sanaya Irani) will succeed in rescuing Arnav (Barun Sobti) from the kidnappers. Here we come up with some more detailed information.

In the show, NK (Karan Godwani) and Khushi had got a clue about Arnav being kept near some restaurant. After reaching the place, the two will decide to part in two different directions with the intention to find Arnav. On the hand, Arnav will fight with the goons and get away from the place. In the midst of the drama, Khushi will also reach the venue, find Arnav and take him back home.

Furthermore, Khushi enters her house after which the entire family asks her about why is she so shattered. And that’s when Arnav enters the house.

Eventually the family will get to know about Arnav being kidnapped which will create a huge drama.

The upcoming episodes next week will focus on Arnav returning home. If sources are to be believed, then the family will soon get to know that his kidnapper is none other than Shyam (Abhaas Mehta).

We tried contacting Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani but they remained unavailable for comments while Karan Godwani said, “I don’t know what happens after I depart from the show.”

We are simply short of words to describe the wonderful episode showcased by Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. The whole sequence was quite a nerve gripping one with each moment of second filling the viewers with high anxiety and fear too.

As seen Khushi (Sanaya Irani) successfully reached the hideout where Arnav (Barun Sobti) was kept and she even noticed the goons getting ready for some act. Shyam (Abhaas Mehta), who had come to know of Khushi fooling him, at once, ordered his men to burn down the place so as to kill Arnav. The scene where the goons had drenched Arnav will kerosene (which they thought they had) must have made the fans get scared a bit. However, things turned quite amusing the very next moment when all realized that the cans had water instead of kerosene.

This was no less than a shock for the goons but not for Arnav as the man had realized it was done by none other than his Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Rayzada. Moving on, Shyam has confronted Khushi and is trying to hurt her.

Coming episode will take the drama to a new level where one will see Shyam taking Khushi away in his car to be followed by Arnav in a jeep and the goons. And going as per the new promo aired, Khushi is to get hurt in this entire escapade. While on one hand Arnav and Khushi are struggling for their lives, the family on the other end is dealing with turmoil as Anjali (Daljeet Bhanot) is to hear the truth from Payal.

The upcoming episode is filled with a lot of revelation, blaming drama in Star Plus Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon (IPKKND).

Present track showed that Arnav and Khushi have been struggling to escape from Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) and his goons. The upcoming track will show that Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Khushi (Sanaya Irani) will get succeed to save themselves from them and return home.

The huge tension filled drama will unfold when Khushi gets back to the house in a hurting condition and the entire family starts to question her about why is she so disrupted. After a while, Arnav enters the house which make everyone to get surprised.

For all those of you who thought telly shows aired on prime time/afternoon/early evening bands without their share of cliche and predictable scenes take a close look at your soapbox again. B-Town's not the only component of the entertainment industry to follow successful formulas to wow the audiences. The big T is doing much the same. Think soap sagas airing on entertainment channels and the only thing that is different in the various shows is the star cast. Every romantic track in almost all prime time shows hinge on set situations.

Love me, love my arrogance : Of course it's a given. The male protagonist has to be singularly rich, arrogant to the point of being rude to the good girl next door who's the heroine, neatly draped in demure salwar kameezes and a neatly combed plait (that might be out of fashion outside schools, but in serials you aren't supposed to think logically), dripping machismo and able to beat the baddies physically, make smart biz deals and flaunt posterboy goodlooks. Every screen hottie falls in this league - Arnav Singh Raizada ( Barun Sobti) of Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon, Shiv ( Siddharth Shukla) of Balika Vadhu, Virat Vadehra ( Kushal Tandon) of Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, to the newly minted Mr Rudelike RK ( Vivian D'sena) of Madhubala, Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, etc.

Let's fall in love: Falling in love comes handy to the nubile beauties of the various shows. Either their mile long dupattas fly out of control and safely land on the hero's face ( IPKKD, Punar Vivaah, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai..., Humse Hai Life, Suvreen Guggal Topper of The Year, etc) or they trip over imaginary hurdles (figuratively speaking) and have the hero's strong arms to catch them right on time. Telly showmakers need to send a quick thanks to Raj Kapoor for having show the perfect way to hold a girl (his famous shot of Nargis in one arm is now a banner for RK films)! And then there are those intense eye-locks between the to-be/romantic leads which is an indication that love could be in the air.

Hate you, like I love you: The main leads of any soap can't afford to fall in love at first sight. They've got to battle it out, first verbally, then through a host of dramatic situations before they can have a dramatic confession scene. No romantic confession is without drama. In Diya Aur Baati Hum, Suraj (played by Anas Rashid) pours out his heart when he thinks he's about to lose his wife Sandhya (Deepika Singh). In the now off air Dill Mill Gayye, Dr Riddhima (played by Shilpa Anand) confesses her love for Dr Armaan Mallik (played by Karan Singh Grover) after he's met with a serious accident.

On Bollywood song : B-Town comes to the rescue when it comes to romance in daily soaps. If it's an intimate love scene, it's got to be Baahon Ke Darmiyanfrom Khamoshi The Musical or Kaisa Ye Ishq Haifrom Jodhaa Akbar (Bade Achche Laggte Hai) or if the scene's a very cute and mushy one, then, Chand Chupa Badal Meinfrom Hum Dil De Chuke Sanamor Dil Kyun Mera from Kites (Miley Jab Hum Tum). A romantic rain song would either be Rajneeti's Bheegi Si Bhaagi Si( Dill Mill Gayye) or Dekho Nafrom Fanaa (Byaah Hamari Bahu Ka) and a dance sequence between the romantic leads could either be Salaam-e-Ishqfrom Salaam-e-Ishq, or Teri Meri Prem Kahani( Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon)

The third angle : Life and love can't be perfect. It's got to have its rollercoaster moments. And what better way to do it, than to introduce a glam and gorgeous girl (who could be the hero's past love, or simply a work colleague) when everything seems smooth in the lives of the principal protagonists and let the fun begin ( Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Kya Hua Tera Vada, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge). The wife/girl friend will need to outsmart the other girl and win her love back after some high voltage, tearjerking moments.

Happily ever afters come in a daily show only intermittently, because the picture needs to be incomplete to keep the audience glued. Like in real life, even on soaps, the sunshine and happy moments are short-lived, so that there's enough spice, drama and romance to keep the show high on the TRP-meter and extend its life span on the small screen!

Arnav fights with all of them and comes to save khushi
But the boss leaves khushi(body double of SI here ) and pushes her from there ..She fells from there.
Arnav hits the boss ..and all gundas are lying on the groundROFL
Arnav goes there and is shouting khushi ..
He notices her stucked in the grass below ..arnav rushes from there and takes her in his arms
he sits on the ground and shouts "khushi .." ..
Khushi finally opens her eyes ..arnav takes here from there

1. Arnav pulls khushi up from the branch she fell onto and holds her in his arms. She is unconscious and he is crying and he keeps repeating her name.
2. Khushi hearing her name from her beloved rajkumar's mouth slowly opens her eyes and feebly mumbles Arnavji.
3.Asr is relieved ,emotional and just too happy.. he touches ehr face and kisses her forehead .Awww :D
4. Khush holds her man's cheek and strokes it
5. Arnav gets back his strength and lifts her up and there is a lot of breeze and Khushi dupatta is also flying and of course - Its Rabba vey background mey.

Second scene-
1. Arnav fighting off all the goons when they have all surrounded him in a circle
2. Background mey the khol eyed hitman has Khushi at gun point and ASR is bashing up all the kidnappers to go and save KKGSR.
3 Then they show off screen shots where the main kidnapper and arnav are laughing while doing their scenes. Barun laughing at some random scene (very cute) and all the kidnappers are busy joking around.

Arnav FINALLY RETURNS HOME in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2nd July 2012

Barun aka Arnav is finally back on the show and you will see how he enters the Raizada house in the upcoming episodes.. Hhmm isn't that a sigh of relief ?? Good moments are already here in this show .. Khushi will be successful in rescuing Arnav from the goons ..

Actors across the television industry are unhappy with the Indian government's decision to impose a 12.5% service tax on actors.


Barun Sobti, "I can't believe it. This is too much money going out of our pockets. We have no proper roads or infrastructure. It's really unfair. The fact is, in the long run, TV actors do not make so much money as people think. In other professions, people are constantly peaking in their careers. For us as actors, we have our prime time".

Love finally brings Arnav and Khushi together in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon!

It might have been a lot wait but has been certainly worth as love has finally found its way for Arnav (Barun Sobti) and Khushi (Sanaya Irani) in Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon.

As updated last, Khushi had reached the hideout where Arnav was kept and she even smashed their plans by emptying the kerosene cans and filling them up with water. The real action is going to double up now as Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) will run away in a car along with Khushi.

Arnav will follow them and would in turn have to face a fierce encounter with the goons. Though there will be a lot of action involving Arnav and the goons and even Khushi’s life will get into danger but everything will end on a happy note with love winning over all odds.

Soon after the fight scene, Arnav and Khushi will head to the Rayzada house where we guess things would take a nasty turn. The drama is surely going to be high as we have already seen Anjali (Daljeet Bhanot) getting to know of Shyam and Khushi. She even confronted Payal (Deepali Pansare), who is most likely to spill out the whole truth.

Now the interesting thing to be seen is if Anjali and other family members pay a heed to Payal. Meanwhile, as Shyam has managed his escape from the place where Arnav took over the fight with the goons, chances of him manipulating Anjali and others at Rayzada house are really strong.

Well, for any good tale to move on some bad element is necessary and we think Shyam is undoubtedly the perfect baddie. But till the time we have Arnav-Khushi standing by each other in all thick and thin, we needn’t worry about someone like Shyam. Isn’t it?

Shyam finds out about Khushi's ploy against him .. Anjali tries to contact Shyam and Khushi but all in vain .. Arnav is not aware as to who is with Khushi and thus keeps following her .. In the process Arnav fights with the goons to save Khushi and himself and she tries to escape from there and ends up falling in the ditch ..

Karan Goddwani's exit from the Star Plus show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? in February did not go down well the audiences and they were left flabbergasted with the Production House's decision to terminate his role.

However, fans prayers were answered when NK's marked his entry to celebrate the anniversary of the show. The rumours are again afloat of him exiting the show. NK has been pivotal in helping Khushi (Sanaya Irani ) unearth the whereabouts of Arnav (Barun Sobti) .

Fans expect NK to play a pivotal role in clearing all the misunderstandings that plague Khushi-Arnav's relationship and his exit from the show would be untimely and smack of indifferent attitude of the production house.

Tellybuzz spoke to Karan Goddwani who told us –"I don't know about the length of my role. News of my role ending is just a speculation. Only the production house knows the truth."

Another good news is in store for the fans. A high voltage drama awaits when Arnav and Khushi enter the Raizada Mansion. The long awaited confrontation between the family members is on the cards. Khushi however, will not be waging a lone battle – NK will don a serious role and tell the entire Raizada family the truth about Shyam and his satanic activities. Also, Arnav will stand by his lady love and the famous ASR temper will rise once again and Shyam will be slapped.

Will this lead to the rift between the Raizada siblings? Viewers will have to watch the upcoming episodes!

Arnav and Shyam's face off in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon!

Words are sure to fall short to describe the power packed episode catered by Star Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon on July 2. Needless to say that the week for all IPKKND fans kick started on a high note.

Watching the episode was no less than catching out a typical Bollywood film where we get to see loads of dishum-dishum and nail biting moments. Yesterday we saw how Khushi (Sanaya Irani) burst out her anger in front of Shyam (Abhaas Mehta) and even accepted her love for Arnav (Barun Sobti).

While Khushi was struggling hard to free herself from Shyam's grip, Arnav was seen fighting hard with the goons. As soon as Shyam saw Arnav escaping the clutches of his men, he fled from the place along with Khushi thereby managing not to come before Arnav's eyes.

What followed next was a total filmy scenario where we saw the goons following Arnav, who was madly chasing the car in order to rescue Khushi. Amidst all the scenes showcased, the one which panicked all was Khushi lying in the middle of the road all tied up with ropes. Her encounter with Arnav's jeep was very close and it did give goosebumps to all. After a lot of exhausting fight, Arnav even surrendered before the goons just to keep Khushi safe. However, while struggling to reach to Arnav, Khushi got pushed by one of the goons and fell from the cliff.

Well, as said she will be all safe and Arnav-Khushi will reach Rayzada house. From here the drama will rise up as Khushi will bring Shyam's real face before all. Shyam will try his best to manipulate things and blame it on Khushi. However, this time Khushi won't be alone as she will have Arnav by his side. Arnav will confront Shyam and will also slap him before all.

Moreover, NK aka Karan Goddwani won't mark his exit so soon. He will be instrumental in clearing all the misunderstandings between Arnav and Khushi. His stay in the show will bring in some positive moments.

So are you guys ready to watch out the big face off between Shyam and Arnav, set to be back in his ASR avatar!

Arnav and Khushi were separated due to Shyam’s evil plan when he kidnapped Arnav. Khushi has been looking for Arnav and finally managed to find the place where he was kept captive. Will the distance they endured, bring them closer?

When Arnav was away from her, Khushi realized how much she misses him and Arnav too realized that he feels deeply for her. But will this distance from each other bring them closer? Will they admit their feelings to each other?

Many of the other STAR Plus couples too have realized how much they miss each other after being apart. Pratigya was very worried about Krishna when he was arrested and imprisoned; she did everything she could to prove his innocence and bring him back home. When Jeevika had come to Mumbai, Viren could not accompany her due to his work but later he gave her a surprise visit and the two spent some romantic moments with each other. Naitik is so used to having Akshara help him with his daily chores that even when she goes to her maika, he misses her and keeps calling her up.

Often when you are close to a person, you realize their importance only when they are not around. You tend to miss the small arguments, the person’s habits and their presence around you.

Arnav says “I have missed Khushi a lot and I can’t wait to meet her. She has done a lot to look for me and has finally managed to find me. We have been apart from each other for too long.”

Khushi says “I am so happy that I have found Arnavji. I know that he has gone through a lot of hardships and now I just want him to be in front of me. I don’t want to leave his side for even a moment.”
