Madhu comes to Rajkumar’s rescue in Colors Madhubala:Ek Ishq Ek Junoon.

In Colors popular drama Madhubala:Ek IshEk Junoon produced by Abhinav Shukla’s Nautanki Films viewers recently witnessed that Madhu ( Drashti Dhami) has decided not to accept Rajkumar (Vivian Dsena) as her husband and leave the mansion.

She was seen trying to reason with Abhay (Gunjan Utreja) to let Rajkumar go because he was mentally unwell and needed special care and love which he would never get from here. Abhay however ridiculed Madhu and left.

In the upcoming episodes viewers will see Madhu leave the mansion unable to decide what to do. But as we all know fate has something else planned and a twist in tale will bring Madhu back to the mansion with a strong and new found courage and determination.

At the AK mansion situation will get out of control when Rajkumar who suffers from shortness of breath will suffer from an asthma attack. Madhu will reach the mansion right on time and to rush to Rajkumar’s rescue. So what makes Madhu change her mind?

Abhay who plans to torture Madhu via Rajkumar will be shocked when Madhu tells him that she will not walk away from the marriage. Looks like Abhay will have to resort to newer methods to torture his enemy.

Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon going through weird and indigestible twists

First of all, the most weird thing is that a daughter gets to marry her father’s look alike. Why did the producers not give Vivian Dsena any other role, like they could not revive the character of superstar Rishabh Kundra showing him surviving the bomb blast. If viewers wanted to see Vivian, he could have returned as RK and supported his daughter Madhu and fight against Abhay. Instead of this, they made Vivian enter the show as RajKumar (RK again) and made him marry Madhu.

The viewers did not accept this entry well but can’t do much. Another weird thing we came across is Abhay’s legally adopting RK. The new RK is a mentally challenged seven year kid caught in an adult’s body. Abhay is playing an unjustified game to take revenge from Madhu, but it is strange he is keeping his enemy’s lookalike in his home and dealing with him every day. Madhubala’s TRPs are surely rising after Vivian’s entry but there are creative differences on the board. We hope the show comes with some interesting and meaningful tracks that the viewers can digest.

Madhubala's RK Vivian Dsena makes a comeback in all-new avatar

Two months after staying away from Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Vivian Dsena makes a comeback on the show in an all-new avatar.
What made you return to Madhubala… especially in a different character?

All I know is that this character is going to be challenging for me. I have yet to get a proper brief from the show’s producer, Abhinav Shukla. I was just told that it’s a very intriguing role, and he thought I could do justice to it. We’re yet to work on the nittigrities, but I am happy that I will be able to do something that I haven’t done so far.

You’ve played RK for long, and the character was very popular among the audience. How difficult is it going to be to break that image?

I’ve believed in the audience because these are the people who make and break us. All I can do is work doubly hard than I did for RK, and hopefully, the audience will love the new character as well.

Does television and its deadlines give you scope to prepare or enhance your creativity as an actor?
I actually don’t like to prepare and am bad at it. I’m not a method actor, because I think that if I have a fixed notion of my character and if I only stick to that, then it’ll be boring for me to play the character and it’ll also be monotonous for the audience. I’m still learning, but I personally feel that spontaneity is a must in an actor, and that’s what pulls the audience. When you spontaneously do a scene, and you get reactions from people present on the set, including the lightman, then it makes you confident, because they are reacting as an audience.

Does that affect you in any way?

Television is hectic, but that’s what I chose to do. Having said that, I totally believe that the television scenario needs to get better because it takes a toll on an actor’s health. There have been many actors who have left television as they could not cope with the pressure. It has improved though, after some actors have put their foot down. It’s difficult to get time, but when I do, I always like to spend time with my family.

What’s more difficult, delivering heavy dialogues or just expressing through body language?

I think it’s very difficult when you have to express an emotion through your eyes and body language. Saying dialogues is easier than making someone understand your character’s point of view through facial expressions.

Indian television and soaps are still largely about melodrama. Which is the most challenging emotion for you to express?

I think, for me, the most difficult emotion is crying as I hardly use glycerin. There have been times, however, when I haven’t been able to cry naturally and had to use glycerin. Then, sometimes, you may be in a bad mood and your day has started on a bad note, and your next scene requires you to be jovial. I take each day as a challenge, not just

our popularity is what actually played a role in the makers wanting to bring you back on the show. How do you deal with this kind of attention, which may sometimes even lead to arrogance?

I really feel blessed to have fans because they give me a push and motivate me to work harder. It makes me nervous because there are expectations, but you have to work hard everyday. I think one should appreciate it because God has blessed you with people who love you. The pay cheques and popularity are on one side of the scale, while on the other is the love that you get from people. The appreciation gives me energy to perform.

Yes, I am a big time foodie.

What is your most preferred cuisine?

My most preferred cuisine is Indian cuisine.

Your favorite mouthwatering dish?

My all-time favorite is dish Butter Chicken but I can't eat it very often because it is very fattening and being an actor I have to maintain myself.

Which restaurant you prefer the most?

I believe that in Mumbai you get the best Butter Chicken at Urban Tadka.

Do you like spending time in the kitchen?

No not at I all. I only enter kitchen to make tea and omelet for myself and for my wife that's it.

What is the most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?

I would say about disastrous moment and it was when I made an omelet for the first time but unfortunately it got burnt but luckily I was a bachelor at that time so nobody was there to scold me.

Which is your favorite quick cheap healthy meal?

Chicken sandwich and Brown bread sandwich is my quick cheap healthy meal.  

If you have to take a celebrity on a date who would it be?

I will take my wife Pariva Pranati on a date as she is also a celebrity.

Is S.K of Gustakh Dil inspired by Madhubala's R.K ?

TOI has been exclusively bringing updates to fans about the new entries on Life OK's Gustakh Dil. Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahaani actor Siddhant Karnick and veteran actor Shahrukh Sadri entered the show with very interesting, meaty roles to play.

While Siddhant plays the role of S.K (Sagar Khurana), Shahrukh portrays his manager. And a little birdie from the industry whispered in our ears that Siddhant Karnick's character S.K is inspired by that of Madhuabala's R.K (played by Vivian D'sena).

Both the characters are the same with a slight difference as R.K is a superstar while S.K is a star maker. That's the reason why the makers (Ravi Ojha Productions) decided to name Siddhant's character as S.K.

All our efforts to reach Siddhant Karnick were in vain.
