Raakesh Paswan's Village Boy is gearing up for its next project for Star Plus postAfsarBitiya. Much has been said and written about this family drama, tentatively titled HumSaathSaathHain.

Actors like Rahul Sharma, newbie Priyanka Khandelwal and Sachin Chhabra have high chances to get roped in the show while the latest we hear is beautiful actress Pyumori Mehta, last seen in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon has been finalized to essay lead's mother. The mock shootfor this particular show has been submitted to the channel and the makers are waiting for the final revert.

Pyumori Mehta stated, "Yes, I have been approached for the show but no one can say anything about the show till it actually goes on the floor. Our TV industry is so unpredictable that no can guarantee anything."

Ravi Ojha's upcoming show expected to go on air in March
The show tentatively titled Khela on Zee TV will start shooting from 10th February...

It was earlier reported that Ravi Ojha's upcoming show on Zee TV which is tentatively titled Khela would commence shooting on 14th January.

However our sources inform us that the shoot is finally expected to begin the shoot from the 10th of February 2013.

The show will have known names like Additi Gupta, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Abhaas Mehta, Richa Soni, Rishi Khurana, Chaitanya Chaudhary etc.

We also hear that the show is expected to go on air from 11th March 2013.

We tried calling Sanjeeda Sheikh but she remained unavailable for comment.

Abhaas Mehta admits being committed!

Actor Abhaas Mehta has been in the world of daily soaps from quite a long time but the man got to taste success though his bad man image in Star Plus’ celebrated show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon.

His character of Shyam in the show not only earned him success but his fans simply loved to hate him playing the villain in Khushi aka Sanaya Irani and Arnav’s Barun Sobti love tale. Though Abhaas’ part had come to an end even before the show was in talks for going off air but we didn’t hear of him taking up a new role.

He is now to be seen in the untitled show of Ravi Ojha Productions for Zee TV. Talking about his character in his new show, the actor states, "I am eagerly looking forward to this project as I have a different role. I play a naughty guy opposite Sanjeeda Sheikh; my character is quite flamboyant and grayish at times."

Coming back to his personal life, the actor said, "I am very much committed and have a girl friend for the past six months. She is not from the industry."

It was reported a few days back that Raakesh Paswan's Village Boy is gearing up for its next project for Star Plus post Afsar Bitiya that aired on Zee TV.

Said to be a family drama, the show has been tentatively titled Hum Saath Saath Hain. It has actors like Rahul Sharma, newbie Priyanka Khandelwal and Sachin Chhabra. The casting is yet to get materialize but most probably these actors will secure a berth.

Now buzz states that beautiful actress Pyumori Mehta, who was last seen in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon playing Khushi’s (Sanaya Irani) mom, has been finalized to essay lead's mother. You have wanted to know things, about Sanaya Irani and the show you loved watching her play Khushi Kumari Gupta, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. Well, the wait is over. Here is the Part 1 of the interview with her. Her vivacious personality shone through and yes, she is Khushi Kumari Gupta not because she played her for a while but because even without knowing it, she has characteristics of Khushi despite being so unlike her when you first talk to her.

The journey as an actor for Sanaya Irani has been one of not just knowing the characters to play them with conviction but somewhere she has found herself, is what we believe. From Gunjan in Mile Jab Hum Tum to Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon is a change over in a character that may be termed as opposites. How difficult it is to work on different characters is something that Sanaya has learned through perseverance and tenacity. She likes to be challenged and boy did she play each character with conviction.

No wonder her ardent followers still miss her whether it is as Gunjan or as Khushi Kumari Gupta. There is more of course, so go watch the interview and relive the moments she has cherished in the making of the series she has been part of and loved.

Karan Goddwani last seen in Star Plus "Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon" as much loved NK is soon to be seen in Sab TV's Jeannie Aur Juju.

Karan is entering the show as Jhonny a Gennie, who is mischievous, talkative, naughty and flirty. Jhonny is wanted and is on the run as he is escaped from the Jeannie's (Giaa Manek) town.

Karan who made his debut with Sab TV's Jugni Chali Jhalandar is thrilled to be back on the channel.

When asked from Karan Goddwani he told that: "It feels awesome as always. I had started my career in the industry with Sab TV, so it feels like home, very comfortable. I hope the audience and my fans will like and accept me in this new role. So far everyone has liked me in my previous shows and I'm thankful to my fans. The whole team of Jeannie Aur Juju are very friendly and lovable and I am enjoying it.

Karan has already started shooting and will enter the show from Wednesday.

Why do we say sugary…well the story is about your favourite sweet and cuddly TV stars.

Well, dance reality shows seem to be a hit amongst masses. One after other, channels are belting out dance based shows.

On identical lines, as reported earlier by Tellychakkar.com, Star Plus is also coming up with series on the similar above genre, India’s Dancing Superstars (Trompe L’oeil Productions).

This dance reality show has no age bar and the participants can audition in group or solo.

However, the latest is that well known television faces namely Kritika Kamra, Sanaya Irani, Karan Kundra and Karan Tacker have been approached to play the host on the show.

Out of these four actors, makers will zero in on only two names who will be seen as the anchors.

When contacted Sanaya she said, “Yes, I have just been approached but nothing is confirmed yet.”

Karan Kundra also confirmed being approached while Karan Tacker and Kritika Kamra remained unavailable.

Sanaya Irani and Karan V Grover to anchor Zee TV's Valentine's Special event - Ishq Wala Love

The countdown to the Valentine week has begun and Zee TV is gearing up for a joyous and fun-filled Valentine’s Special. Divided into two segments to be aired on 9 and 10 February (2013), the channel has a star-studded special coming your way.

The lead actors of the channel get together on one platform to perform on the best of the romantic numbers in the event to be aired on 9 February from 8.30 pm to 10 pm. This event is called Dil Dhamaka Aur Dhoka. On 10 February 2013, Zee TV will air yet another Valentine’s Special event titled Ishq Wala Love which is a musical tribute to love.

Ishq Wala Love will have a compilation of the best of the romantic numbers from the various events of Zee TV and also from the past shows aired on the channel.

This event will be anchored by television’s heartthrobs Sanaya Irani and Karan V Grover. The anchors will be seen sharing their take on the journey of love, and how the representations of love have changed with the passing years. The event will also show glimpses of romance from the big screen.

When contacted, Karan V Grover confirmed the news stating, “Yes, I have shot for Zee’s Valentine’s special and will be anchoring the event with Sanaya. It was a nice experience altogether.”
